Dubai Accommodation Rentals was formed in 2007 by Marie Wronko. Dubai Accommodation Rentals solely concentrates on the Middle East and in particular Dubai and Palm Island Jumeirah.
The agent that co-ordinates and makes all the bookings for Dubai Accommodation rentals has lived in the Middle east for 22 years and she has been a personal friend of Marie’s for that time so it just seemed natural to expand into this wonderful developing part of the world.
Marie Wronko has a wealth of experience in the property market both purchasing, owning and renting properties in the following Countries United Kingdom, Mainland Spain and the Island of Tenerife.

Marie has always bought properties and believes location is paramount, she says for good holiday rentals you have either to be front line beach right next to the sea or on a prestigious golf course or both.
Marie personally owns many properties on Palm Island, some long term lets and some short term holiday lets, The company has grown organically by homeowners of the Palm being intrigued by how Marie continually keeps the short term holiday apartments fully occupied, so slowly slowly Marie has allowed other home owners to join her website and advertise their properties – they have been pleasantly pleased with the type of clientele they have had staying in their apartments. All other home owners properties have been personally vetted and have excellent standards for holiday rentals.
We get a lot of repeat bookings so we must be doing something good.
